FAQ about executive coaching in London
Is having an executive coach worth it?
Yes, it’s worth it if you feel stuck or feel like you need support to solve your challenges and progress towards your goals. We believe that coaching is an investment, not a cost. Full Colour is transparent about pricing and adapts to work within your budget. You can contact us for a free, no obligation chat and guideline prices. This also gives us a chance to work out if the chemistry is right.

How is Full Colour different as an executive coach in London?
Full Colour’s executive coach, Srabani, has been a CEO three times, served on boards for over 30 years and chaired four. So when you’re talking about that difficult situation or persistent issue you can’t seem to solve, you’re talking to someone who’s been in your shoes. Srabani also knows how to make inclusion work in practice—not the fluffy stuff, but real changes that improve your bottom line and help you hold onto your best talent.
When should I consider getting a coach?
While all leaders are on their own journey, some common moments when coaching makes a real difference include recent promotions and organisational change, challenges you may be facing managing your team or managing “upwards” or starting a role with a new organisation. For example, you may have just stepped into a bigger role and are feeling the pressure, or your team’s not performing despite your best efforts. Coaching can help when you’re dealing with conflict or difficult dynamics, too. Many senior leaders seek a coach when they feel their organisation’s culture isn’t what they want it to be, or when they’re feeling isolated at the top. Being a leader can be a lonely job. We can provide you with a confidential and safe space to help you solve any leadership challenge you face. If any of these resonate, contact us for a friendly chat.
How do you measure success and progress?
We start by defining what success looks like for you specifically. This may include things like better team performance, improved culture metrics, personal leadership confidence, or clearer strategic thinking. We then systematically work through the issues and challenges holding you back leaving you with clearer insights and a menu of possible solutions. We are passionate about coaching you as a whole person, not just isolating issues on their own. Every leaders’ approach to challenges will be different depending on their skills, experience and mindset. We help you find solutions that are right for you.
How long before I see results from executive coaching?
Most leaders notice shifts in their thinking and approach within the first couple of sessions. As our approach focuses on application and not just theory, you’ll leave with practical tools you can apply from the very first session. Deeper changes—in team dynamics, organisational culture, or ingrained leadership patterns—typically emerge over 3-6 months, and depends on how quickly you implement what you’re learning.
What happens at the first coaching session?
The session starts with a friendly, open and confidential conversation to understand your context and who you are as a leader. Together, we’ll explore the challenges keeping you up at night, what you’re hoping to achieve, and what’s worked (or hasn’t) before. We’ll also agree on how we want to work on together, and set some initial goals. Even though the first coaching session is exploratory, you’ll still leave with fresh perspectives and one or two practical things to try out.
